Her work has been exhibited across the US and Canada. Philips’ practice is informed by Land Art movement and makes use of site-specific approaches and natural and local materials. Her essay “A Curtain Closes on the Theatre of the World” in Fuse Magazine investigates ethics and artistic practice.
